Having a baby is a natural process, but how to go through childbirth doesn't always come naturally!

Happy Birth Way childbirth classes teach moms-to-be everything they need to know about the physical process of labor, who can support them in labor, the best positions for labor, pros and cons of inductions and epidurals, and the four keys to having a baby without unnecessary medical interventions. Classes are held online, by phone and in person.

Happy Birth Way creator June Connell, a mother of two sons, is certified by the International Childbirth Education Association. She is a DONA-trained doula, and a member and co-founder of the Tampa Bay Birth Network. She teaches at Breath of Life Birth Center in the Tampa Bay area of Florida where she has lived since 2006.

When you take a Happy Birth Way class, you'll learn how to sway, moan and breathe your way through childbirth!
